Gentle Dental -Dentist in Wading River, New York:
Dr. Englebright was raised on Long Island and grew up in Wading River. She received her undergraduate degree in English Literature in 2005 from Stony Brook University and her D.M.D. from The University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine in 2009. During her time at Penn, Dr. Englebright completed a one month dental externship at Charles Foix Hospital in Paris, France where she worked daily with native dental students, helping treat a socially and culturally diverse population.
Dr. Englebright went on to complete her General Practice Residency at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, Long Island, where she gained extensive training in all phases of general dentistry including anesthesiology, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry.
As a young professional, Dr. Englebright is a strong advocate for continuing education. She travels both locally across the island and nationally to attend courses, conferences, and study clubs, committed to staying current and up-to-date with the latest concepts, techniques, and materials. She enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
